Peanut Butter Cups is just eating the ones from store but better

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (7 oz) Lily’s Dark chocolate baking chips

  • 4 tablespoons sunflower butter

  • 4 tablespoons organic coconut oil

Directions

  • Part 1
  • In a bowl put half of the bag of dark chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
  • Put in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir in between till it’s all melted
  • Pour about a tablespoon of the melted chocolate into the silicone them slowly swerve around to cover the sides. In the freezer for 30 min
  • Part 2
  • After the chocolate is solid make your peanut butter mixture
  • In a bowl add peanut butter or sunflower butter and 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Put into the microwave for 20 seconds and stir till its melted
  • Pour a tablespoon of peanut butter mixture on each mold
  • In the freezer for 30 minutes
  • Part 3 – repeat part 1 and in the freezer for 30 minutes. Ready to serve after that and store in a container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks

Notes

  • You can use Almond Butter or regular peanut butter for this recipe
