Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 ounces cream cheese

  • 1 3/4 cups almond flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted to glaze the top

  • Sesame seeds or everything bagel topping (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven 400
  • In a medium microwave safe bowl, add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
  • Microwave in high 30 seconds; stir well
  • Continue increments for 30 seconds until cheese is completely melted
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and slowly add the eggs so they don’t get cooked
  • After use your hands to mix the dough
  • Cut 6 equals pieces into bun shapes and add into the form or on a tray with parchment paper and sprayed with oil
  • Bake for 17 to 20 min. or until golden brown
  • Cool for 15 minutes before cutting them
