A yummy and quick treat if you want something chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (or vegan butter)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour

  • 2 tablespoons almond flour

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 egg, beaten (or substitute with 3 tablespoons of apple sauce)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar substitute

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • Melt the butter and add all the ingredients into the mug. Mix it well and bake in the microwave for 90 seconds. Check on it after a minute then continue if needed
  • If you want to make it a vanilla cake just omit the cocoa powder and more vanilla to it.
  • Add whipping cream on top
  • To make your own whip topping- 4 tablespoons of heaving cream or coconut cream, 1/2 teaspoon stevia or sugar substitute and splash of vanilla. Use mixer to blend it till it peaks and looks like whip
