A great start of the day with bagels that lowcarb, gluten free and keto. It makes me so happy!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups almond flour

  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 Teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 Teaspoon italian seasoning

  • 3 large eggs

  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 8 oz container of cream cheese

  • Everything bagel seasoning

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 425
  • Cookie Sheet with parchment paper
  • Large bowl- Add all your dry ingredients
  • Medium bowl- Add your cheeses and melt it in the microwave for 2 minutes or until mixed well
  • Add the two eggs and almond mixture to cheese mixture
  • Divide dough to 6 portions
  • Egg wash on the bagels and then add the everything bagel seasoning
  • Let it bake for 12 to 14 minutes till golden brown
