Ingredients

  • cups almond flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • ⅓ cup almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit or other sweetener

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2 tablespoons melted and cooled butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Directions
  • Melt the butter and set aside to cool
  • In a small bowl, whisk the eggs
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and then add the butter
  • Warm pan, waffle maker or griddle for your pancake and spray some oil

Notes

  • Doubled this recipe for the family but this made about 6 small pancakes or waffles
