1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup pickle juice
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon white or black pepper
3 tablespoon ranch powder mix
- To make the salad
1 cup mixed green
1/2 cup shredded red and white cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup shredded cauliflower
1 small tomatoes, cut in chunks (optional)
1/4 cup of sliced radishes
5 to 6 pieces of parmesan crisps
- In a bowl, combine mayo, sour cream and pickle juice. Blend it well.
- Add all your seasonings and ranch powder mix; mix well
- Pour into a mason jar and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks
