Copycat Big Mac Sauce

There are many Copycat Big Mac Sauce recipes out there, but this one is the best! It’s so easy to make, and has a zingy flavor, and it’s super creamy. We use it on burgers, as a dip for fries, and also on pizza!

Copycat Big Mac Sauce

I highly recommend that you refrigerate the sauce for at least two hours or so before eating it. It just gives that ingredients time to marry together, which really just enhances the flavor. It’s so good! I can’t wait for you to try it!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  1. Mayonnaise – Any mayonnaise will do, but I use Primal Kitchen Mayo with Avocado Oil.
  2. French Dressing – Any French dressing will do, but I use Anne’s Organic French Dressing.
  3. Vinegar – It seems like a lot, one tablespoon of regular white vinegar is the perfect amount. Don’t use flavored vinegars, it will throw off the taste.
  4. Relish – Our fridge always has sweet pickle relish, because I use it quite often.
  5. Onion – You need just a little bit of onion, but it makes a big difference to the taste. Use your box grater to finely grate the onion. If you don’t like the strong taste of onions, you can use shallots.
  6. Ground Black Pepper – No salt is needed in this recipe, but it does need a bit of warmth. Black pepper is the best way to achieve that!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE ?

  • French Dressing can be substituted with ketchup of your choice.
  • Onions can be replaced with shallots for a milder taste.
  • If you don’t like sweet pickle relish, you can chop up dill pickles instead.
  • To make it vegan, you can replace mayo and French dressing with vegan substitute products. There are some great products online and in grocery stores.
