Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups of cooked chicken or leftover chicken, diced and shredded

  • 2 celery sticks, finely diced

  • 1/3 cup of red onion, finely diced

  • 1/4 cup of peppers (red, yellow or orange), finely diced

  • 1/4 cup finely diced parsley

  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/4 cup mayo or avocado mayo

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • salt and pepper, for taste

  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon

  • 1/2 of avocado , diced

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients and enjoy
  • Add everything bagel topping and open a romaine lettuce and add the chicken salad to it
