Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup veggie stock/broth

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Boil the cauliflower till tender and mash it up it
  • In a large pan, put the mash cauliflower and add all the ingredients except the cheese
  • Add the cheese 10 minutes after and stir till its all melted.

Notes

  • Tip: If it’s not creamy add more veggie stock or if it’s watery then add more nutritional yeast
