This recipes can be used to make any kind of dessert or for breakfast with your favorite fruit and whip cream

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 cups of almond flour

  • 1/4 cups regular almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons substituted sugar( infused monk juice sugar)

  • 4 oz. Cream cheese softened

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Put it all together and blend. Let it rest for 10 min and warm pan with butter.
  • Add a large scoop to the pan and circular motion into a circle.
  • When the edges begin to brown then turn it over for 3 min.
  • You are ready to add your fixings to it
