This recipe can be as a dip, poured over your favorite tacos or on your salad as a dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled and pitted

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • Punch of salt

Directions

  • In a blender add all your ingredients and pulse till smooth.
  • If too thick, slowly add water and blend
  • Refrigerate for about an 15-20 minutes if you are serving as a dip or topping
